Journey to Luoyang Huadu Furniture Group Co., Ltd. Production Base

Brief: I am Yao, a salesman of Huadu Group Nanjing filiale. Today I get this precious opportunity to come back to headquarters production base to admire the glory of HUADU GROUP, a leading model in the whole Luoyang Furniture Industrial Zone.   There is a stone carved with HUADU right behind factory gate, peach flower and begonia flower all around it. What a lively view here. It’s more a garden than a factory. In the reception hall of office building, HUADU logo is on the wall. The atmosphere here is steady, just like HUADU people’s style. The office area is on the left, also called Company Research Center. All the designer and engineers are gathered here, painting, discussing, thinking, busily and orderly. Walk along the office area passageway, I entered the exhibition hall. It’s the first bending machine of HUADU that received me. This machine is developed and built completely by Mr.Zhou Kejian. Comparing with automatic machine, it is cumbersome. But it sees the development of HUADU GROUP through the 20 years’ history and it is the intelligence of HUADU PEOPLE. One the both sides, lies HUADU steel cabinets, safes, movable filing cabinet, mass shelf, school equipment and military equipment, showing the varieties of HUADU products. In the warehouse, skilled workers are operating machines carefully and making steel plate into cabinet. It’s an amazing and astonishing view. With the introduction from Ms.Ding, I acquired much knowledge of the products that I was dealing with at work. For example, there are seven steps in producing a cabinet, including plate cutting, punching, bending, welding, powder spraying, assembling and packing. Only united can an item be finished. The customized item need to confirm its blueprint and practicability first before mass production start. HUADU GROUP purchased many top manufacturing facilities in the warehouse, such as automatic cutting line, automatic shaping line for door and shelf, laser cutting machine, NC punching machine, NC bending machine, NC tube bending machine, NC tube cutting machine, metal shot-blasting machine and robotic welding equipment. These high-tech machines guarantee accuracy and delivery of products and raise production capacity. Among them, the powder spraying line attracted me most. I thought every product was sprayed manually in the beginning. The automatic powder spraying line did surprise me by hanging the accessory, one piece of nicely finished accessory was out after a tour in it. Ms.Ding told me this line is 400 meters long, called GEMA pickling-phosphating-electrostatic powder spraying line, with 12 Swiss Spray Guns inside. There are 13 steps in it, including pre-degreasing, main degreasing, cleaning, washing, surface treatment, phosphating, passivating, washing, drying, cooling, electrostatic powder spraying, solidifying and cooling. This line is the top throughout China, and it can meet all kinds of demands. Besides, the inspector also impressed me. There is a particular spot for inspection on accessories. Every lot should pass this inspection before the powder spraying by selecting several pieces out of each lot according to the total quantity. This process is very important for customers and us. In the meantime, countless finished items are ready to go. Some are for current contracts, the rest are company’s storage. HUADU always have our own storage for emergent purpose. After my journey to factory, not only the enthusiasm and humbleness of HUADU PEOPLE, but the capability of factory left me a deep impression. 20 years’ accumulation makes this enterprise experienced and being worthy of trust. As a new comer, I finished my 3-days study there, getting to know HUADU GROUP from design, management, production, worker’s character and other aspects. Now I have great faith in HUADU GROUP and our bright future.
