Hello Everyone, I am Doris, work in Huadu Furniture for about 2 years. During the past years, i have served customers from North America, Europe, West Asia, and also Southeast Asia etc. I am experienced on metal furniture sales, and able to provide one-stop solution for my customers.
Today I want to introduce one of our customers in Africa, we have successfully signed a contract for the mobile shelving system for one of his furniture projects.
The first time when we received his inquiry, he sent us a simple drawing of the storage room, with room size. But we did not give our solutions at once, we sent several items to confirm with him:
- what stuff will be stored in the shelving system.
- What the height of storage room is.
- What kind of building it belongs to.
- Which floor the storage room is on.
Our customer replied to us all the above info, then I asked our designer to make a drawing solution and sent to him with our complete solutions.
This drawing is only one of the floors, there are six floors totally.
Our customer was satisfied with our solutions and this month he placed this order to us. We want to say thanks to our customer, thanks for their trust in Huadu mobile shelving system factory and also our sales person. Though time doesn’t last, our partnership does.
